Each established partner anchors joint ventures with up-and-coming studios across gaming, gaming IP, gaming infrastructure, platform solutions, and broader digital media entertainment. The fund is managed by Consortium Partners FZCO and bridges international capital with regional market access through a cross-border partnership model.
The fund indexes across multiple joint ventures, each pairing an established company with emerging studios. Within each JV, the established partner contributes operational expertise, publishing infrastructure, and market access, while emerging studios bring innovation, IP, and product vision. The result is a diversified portfolio spanning casual, core, narrative, strategy, and infrastructure genres.
Joint venture partners receive capital investment, hands-on mentorship from their established partner, access to quarterly workshop programming covering game design, business development, and go-to-market strategy, and a pathway to domestic and international market distribution.
Limited Partners receive quarterly performance reports, annual audited financial statements, and regular updates on portfolio company milestones. All reporting is delivered through secure investor portal access provided upon commitment.
